LOFT GEAR® Return Policy for Manufacturing Defects & Fulfillment Errors

 

Reporting Defects or Errors

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error, please notify LOFT GEAR® Customer Service within 30 days of delivery. We will verify the issue and offer you the option of a full refund (including the item cost, applicable taxes, and original shipping fees).

Return Shipping

LOFT GEAR® will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns related to manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.

Return Process

1. Contact Customer Service at cu*************@******ar.com to initiate a return.
2. For defective items, please include photos of the defect when contacting Customer Service to expedite verification.
3. You will receive an email with return authorization instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Print the email and include it with the returned item.
4. Package the item in its original packaging, and ship it using the provided label.
5. Include the original packing slip or provide your name, address, email, phone number,and order number in the package.

Condition of Returned Items

Items should be returned in their original packaging, in unused condition, though lightly used items with verified manufacturing defects may still be eligible for return. All original tags and packaging should be included.

Processing Time

Refunds or replacements will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item at our distribution center.

Lost Shipments

If your order is lost in transit, LOFT GEAR® will file a claim with the carrier and issue a refund or replacement once the claim is resolved.
